Background

Miller Hospitality established in 2003, one of Irelands premier recruitment specialists, we are seeking to expand the business with a deeper hold in Ireland and expand into the UK market and as you know sales is the heart of any business and everyone is a salesperson.

The plan is to have a well-structured sales plan/process in place and bring in additional team members to finish off the sale and what we mean by that is place people in the roles that you bring on board.

The Role

We are seeking Business Development Consultants, to sell services covering both contract and permanent recruitment. The team will be split between Business Development and Service Delivery, enabling the required focus on both winning and servicing business to a high level, therefore the successful candidates will work closely with the Service Delivery Consultants.

Business Development is driven by individuals who are motivated by winning and see ‘closed doors’ as a personal challenge. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate drive, resilience, and tenacity alongside the skills required to develop new business relationships with a wide range of companies and decision-makers.

Prior commercial experience in business development or a similar role is required, while previous experience in the recruitment industry is preferred though not essential. Either way, you will be open, honest, and trustworthy, someone who is ethical in their approach, yet highly driven and ambitious in character. You are motivated by learning and are constantly seeking new ways to develop and improve your professional self.

  • Build Relationships and Communicate our goals
  • Manage and Develop pipeline through Ireland
  • Manage the CRM system
  • Work with the existing team to manage the sales process
  • Work alongside the marker to push the sales message
  • Market Visits throughout Ireland
  • Manage and exceed company goals/KPIs 

Salary is above market standard with Healthcare and based in Carrickfergus, free parking nearby.
